Payment is expected at the time services are provided. For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, and all major credit cards.
We do not want financial concerns to stand in the way of your child receiving dental care. When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made with our office. We are happy to work with you to design a mutually acceptable payment plan.

Your dental benefits are based on the agreement your employer negotiated with your insurance carrier. Please review to better understand what benefits they provide. The patient payment portion varies depending on your plan.
We will always provide the necessary paperwork and assistance to ensure your reimbursement from your insurance company.
Kindly provide at least 24 hours notice for any appointment that needs to be rescheduled or canceled. Appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a charge.
